“I found Dan and his team through some friends that had a number of houses managed by Genesis. They had nothing but praise for them after working with a number of other management companies over time. I used Genesis to manage homes of mine for over five years and had a great experience with them. When I was ready to sell, Dan went above and beyond to get the house updated and pristine. He basically did the work of a GC, hiring roofers, painters, pest control etc to make the sale the best deal possible. We had some hiccups with buyers (no fault of Dan or my own) and again Dan exceeded expectations to make sure everything continued smoothly.

At any rate it was time to move on after several years of working with this company. I spent the better part of a weekend researching property management companies in Tucson, I read every review I could find, checked the BBB and reviewed website after website. I was looking for a company that I could rely on, not inflate repair charges, screen well and share a philosophy that it takes a partnership to protect my investment, not just collect the rent. It can be extremely stressful being far away, not knowing if your beautiful home and landscape will be taken care of. My due diligence led me to Genesis Property Management.

From the first call with the broker, Dan who spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with me, I knew I had found the right fit for us. A shared concern that appropriate tenants are chosen from the very beginning, making sure the property is well taken care through twice yearly walk throughs and a team of 3 each with a level of expertise that enhances every aspect of property management. Within 24 hours I had a market analysis, comps and agreements sent via email, a walk through by James and pictures taken and posted by Ian. I was utterly amazed at how thorough they were. I was very happy with the pictures, the best I have seen for this property, but Dan wasn't quite satisfied and wanted to do even better. Okay - I have 3 properties and have NEVER had any property manager move so quickly and be so very thorough. I continue to receive email updates at least 3 times a week, I really appreciate the communication. I have no doubt it will be rented soon, major advertising is all part of the agreement.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dan and his team, and honestly feel like I can sleep at night and not worry about my Casa in Tucson. Oh, did I say there are no leasing fees and the monthly charge is 1% less than my last PM companies?
